Abstract: This study was motivated by the low learning outcomes of fourth-grade students at UPT SPF SDN Mannuruki. The study aimed to examine the implementation process of the cooperative learning model of the Scramble type in addressing the diversity of individual characteristics among fourth-grade students. A qualitative approach was employed in this research, focusing on the processes and learning outcomes related to understanding individual characteristic diversity through the Scramble cooperative learning model. Data collection techniques included observation, tests, and documentation. The study was conducted in two cycles. In the first cycle, the observation of teacher activities was classified as good (B), while the observation of student activities was classified as sufficient (C), and the learning test results were classified as poor (K). In the second cycle, the observation of teacher activities and the learning test results both improved to a good classification (B). The conclusion of this study is that the application of the Scramble cooperative learning model can enhance both the learning process and outcomes related to the diversity of individual characteristics among fourth-grade students at UPT SPF SDN Mannuruki.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar siswa kelas IV UPT SPF SDN Mannuruki. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses Implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Scramble tentang keberagaman karakteristik individu siswa kelas IV dengan Implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Scramble. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini berfokus pada proses dan hasil belajar siswa tentang keberagaman karakteristik individu dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Scramble. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dua siklus. Pada siklus I hasil penelitian proses pembelajaran observasi aktivitas guru berada pada kualifikasi baik (B) sedangkan observasi aktivitas siswa berada pada kualifikasi cukup (C) dan hasil tes belajar berada pada kualifikasi kurang (K). Sedangkan siklus II hasil penelitian proses pembelajaran observasi aktifitas guru berada pada kualifikasi baik (B) dan hasil tes belajar berada pada kualifikasi baik (B). Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah Implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Scramble dapat meningkatkan proses dan hasil belajar tentang keberagaman karakteristik individu siswa kelas IV UPT SPF SDN Mannuruki.
