Abstract: The problem in this study is the low student's achievement of IV grade. This research aims to know the process of implementing a cooperative learning model type Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) utilization of natural resources of grade IV students and to find out the improvement of learning outcomes utilization of natural resources of IV grade students with the application of cooperative learning model type Team Assisted Individualization (TAI). (TAI) The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach. The focus of research is the focus of the process and the focus of student's achievement on the utilization of natural resources by applying a cooperative learning model type Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) The data collection techniques used are observations, tests, and documentation. The subjects in this research were teachers and 15 students. The research was carried out in two cycles. In cycle I the results of the learning process research on the teacher aspect are in good qualification (B) with a percentage of 83% while in the aspect of students are good qualification (B) with a percentage of 91.1% and student's achievement are in sufficient qualification (C) with a percentage completion value of 53.3% While in cycle II the results of research on the learning process on the teacher aspect are in good qualifications (B) with a percentage of 94% while in the aspect of students are in good qualifications (B) with a percentage of 95 9% and student's achievement are in good qualifications (B) with a percentage completion value of 86.6% The conclusion of this research is the implementation of a cooperative learning model type Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) can improve the learning process and student's achievement of utilization of natural resources of IV grade UPT SPF SDN Mannuruki

Abstrak: Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu rendahnya hasil belajar siswa kelas IV. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses penerapan model pembelajaran Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) pada materi pemanfaatan sumber daya alam siswa kelas IV dan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar pada materi pemanfaatan sumber daya alam siswa kelas IV dengan penerapan model pembelajaran Team Assisted Individualization (TAI). Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Fokus penelitian adalah fokus proses dan fokus hasil belajar siswa pemanfaatan sumber daya alam dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian yaitu guru kelas dan siswa yang berjumlah 15 siswa. Penelitian dilaksanakan dua siklus. Pada siklus I hasil penelitian proses pembelajaran pada aspek guru berada pada kualifikası baik (B) dengan persentase pencapaian 83% sedangkan pada aspek siswa berada kulaifikasi baik (B) dengan persentase pencapaian 91,1% dan hasıl belajar berada pada kualifikasi cukup (C) dengan persentase nilai ketuntasan 53,3%. Sedangkan Pada siklus II hasil penelitian proses pembelajaran pada aspek guru berada pada kualifikası baik (B) dengan persentase pencapaian 94% sedangkan pada aspek siswa berada pada kualifikasi baik (B) dengan persentase pencapaian 95,9% dan hasil belajar berada pada kualifikasi baik (B) dengan persentase nilai ketuntasan 86,6%. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah penerapan model pembelajaran Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) dapat meningkatkan proses dan hasil belajar pemanfaatan sumber daya alam siswa kelas IV UPT SPF SDN Mannuruki
