The background underlying this research is that the learning methods used by teachers are not optimal due to limited media so that students' learning outcomes in Javanese Mulok are still low in Javanese script material. This research aims to describe the development process, feasibility and effectiveness of PAKARA (Javanese Script Board) learning media to improve the ability to compose sentences using Javanese script for class V students at MIS Manbaul Huda Gumawang. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model which consists of 5 stages, Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. The research results show that the product validation figures received an average score of 4.53 from media experts, and 4.9 from material experts, if converted into a Likert scale assessment, including the "Very Good" eligibility criteria, namely X > 4.2. Meanwhile, the level of effectiveness of PAKARA (Javanese Literacy Board) media obtained an average N Gain of 0.413293 with a moderate increase category. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that the use of Javanese Literacy Board Media (PAKARA) in learning is very feasible and quite effective with increasing learning outcomes in the medium category. So that PAKARA (Javanese Script Board) media can be used to support Javanese script learning activities.
