Abstract: This research aims to analyze the influence of the learning environment on students' ability levels at SDN 03 Merembu. This research uses a qualitative approach which produces descriptive data in the form of written words to describe the situation regarding the research subject and object at the time the research took place. The aim of descriptive research is to create systematic, factual and accurate descriptions, images or paintings regarding the subjects and objects being investigated, especially regarding the influence of the environment on students' learning abilities. The results of the research show that the factors causing students' learning difficulties at SDN 03 Merembu are caused by internal factors and other factors. students' external factors, namely internal factors, namely attitudes towards learning, learning motivation, concentration, ability to achieve or show work results, self-confidence, and study habits. Apart from that, external factors come from the family environment and school environment. In other words, the factors that cause learning difficulties originate from within themselves and poor study habits as well as lack of supervision and lack of parental attention in controlling children's learning progress at school.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan belajar terhadap tingkat kemampuan siswa di SDN 03 Merembu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang menghasilkan data deskritif berupa kata kata tertulis untuk mengambarkan keadaan tentang subjek dan objek penelitian pada saat penilitian berlangsung. Tujuan dalam peneitian deskriptif adalah untuk membuat deskripsi, gambaran atau lukisan secara sistematis, factual dan akurat mengenai subjek dan objek yang diselidiki khususunya mengenai pengaruh lingkungan terhadap kemampuan belajar siswa Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor penyebab kesulitan belajar siswa di SDN 03 Merembu disebabkan oleh faktor internal dan faktor eksternal siswa, yang dimana faktor internal yakni sikap terhadap belajar, motivasi belajar, konsentrasi, kemampuan berprestasi atau unjuk hasil kerja, rasa percaya diri, dan kebiasaan belajar. Selain itu, faktor eksternal yakni berasal dari lingkungan keluarga dan lingkungan sekolah. Dengan kata lain faktor-faktor penyebab kesulitan belajar yang berasal dari dalam diri mereka sendiri dan kebiasaan belajar yang kurang baik serta kurangnya pengawasan dan kurangnya perhatian orang tua dalam mengontrol kemajuan belajar anak di sekolah.
